Products and Prices
All products and their prices are shown on the website. We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, or descriptions at any time without prior notice.
All prices include value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
Placing an Order
To place an order, you may register an account or order as a guest. Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the order confirmation email is received.
Payment
The Online Store accepts various payment methods, which are shown during the checkout process. By placing an order, the customer agrees to pay the price shown at checkout.
Delivery
- Software products are available for immediate download after purchase.
- Consulting services are delivered according to the customer’s needs, either remotely or in person, as agreed.
Right of Withdrawal
(Does not apply to downloadable products or consulting services)
For physical products only, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Warranty and Refunds
Downloadable products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the purchase date.
Liability
Paxsudos IT is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Online Store or the use of purchased products, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to These Terms

Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be handled by the competent district court in Finland.
